Kasab's case is an open & shut case, except that I m very angry with the police & the prosecutors for having submitted a 1000 page charge sheet, thats not a way to conduct a criminal trial, u must take 1 small incident, separate it, u can finish the trial in 2 days, u cant have 10 sentences of death or 10 sentences of life imprisonment, once a sentence becomes final, drop the rest of the charges. -Ram Jethmalani
